Cycling

Base miles around the Zürichsee in spring/summer, indoor on bad-weather days. Favorite loop: lakeside out through Küsnacht to Rapperswil and back. Always interested in route swaps.

Running

Slow and steady. Tempo loops along the Limmat.

Other

Coffee, cooking, the occasional photography phase that never sticks. The cycling won.
